As the Senior Manager, Americas Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company's customer acquisition, revenue, and market share objectives. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales and Channel leadership in the Americas region. The position involves managing a team and optimizing budgets while ensuring marketing efforts yield a proper return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Field & Channel Marketing strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Lead and manage a high-performing Field and Channel Marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Own and manage the annual Field & Channel Marketing budget.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify market opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and measure ROI.
- Work in collaboration with GTM stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support to achieve business objectives.
- Prioritize programs to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase level of engagement.
- Work closely with Corp. Marketing to gain leverage from core themes, content
- Measure and analyze marketing activity performance and ICP Account Intent progression to optimize ROI.
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on Field/ Channel Marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of marketing plan development, managing vendors, event delivery and tactic execution.
- Prior team leadership experience, including hiring and managing successful organizational change.
- Proven experience working with sales leadership and driving programs to build pipeline.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
- Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales and channel partner community.
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Focused on data and metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentations.
- Ability to effectively network and leverage internal and external resources.
- Willingness to travel
